Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a keen reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team. If you enjoy providing quality support and keeping things running smoothly, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing friendly, efficient support to customers via on-site Sales staff
- Processing orders, following up on queries, and solving problems on the fly
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service from start to finish
- Keeping accurate records and updating customer info in our systems
- Helping to improve processes and keep customers happy
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office admin role
- A natural communicator with great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humour
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and making their day easier
- Someone seeking a long-term role with progression potential
