Work In Progress Coordinator

We’re a well-established book manufacturing team with plenty of experience in producing quality work. Safety, teamwork & efficiency are at the heart of what we do & we’re looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our crew.

Job Role (Bindery):

• Move pallets of text sections to machines as required per schedule

• Operate forklifts & pallet lift trolleys safely

• Place materials in the correct sequence for production

• Manual handling of bundles using safe lifting techniques so bindery assistants can load machines efficiently

• Organise workflow to machines, read & follow schedules on computer & interpret job tickets

• Work as part of a team across rotating shifts

About You:

• Forklift licence & experience

• Physically capable & comfortable with hands-on work

• Organised, reliable & safety-conscious

• Team player who can follow schedules & instructions accurately

• Reliable & punctual

• Basic computer skills

• Basic numeracy & literacy skills

• Able to work in a team or unsupervised

• Willing to learn & have a "can do" attitude
